Complaints Channel

We welcome you to the DENUNCIATION CHANNEL of Nueva Cocina Mediterránea (NCM), through which any person, internal or external, can denounce or inform, confidentially or anonymously, about irregular facts or conducts in which any employee, supplier, collaborator or other third parties have intervened, directly or indirectly, and which are or may constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative infractions related to the activity of the company.

IMPORTANT: This Channel is not a mailbox for complaints, queries, doubts or suggestions. If you wish to carry out any action of this type, please contact NCM and they will tell you how to do so. In this regard, NCM expressly guarantees confidentiality for all those who use this channel. All complaints will be analysed and evaluated by the System Manager and will follow the procedure approved for this purpose.

You do not have to identify yourself. Enter your name and contact details if you want to be informed about the course of the investigation, the conclusion of the file and the measures taken after the investigation.
