The Association of Directors of the Region of Murcia has put Luis Miguel García, general manager of Nueva Cocina Mediterránea, in the spotlight.

For the good. Because for more than two decades the entrepreneur has been offering food solutions based on the Mediterranean diet and adapted to new consumer habits, without compromising on health and quality.

For this reason, García has received the Adimur 2021 SME Manager Award, in the first edition of these awards: «It gives you the strength to keep working», he humbly acknowledges.
